Shipping, Returns & Other Considerations
We value your business! At Fieldstone Herbal excellent customer service is a top priority. We want each customer to be satisfied with our products.
Returns/Refunds/Exchanges. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for a refund or exchange. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not refund shipping & handling or local delivery charges.
Shipping/Pickup. Online orders will be processed within one to five business days. Shipping is always free for all orders over $100. Orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service. If you selected the free local pickup option, the pickup address in Kent, Conn. will be emailed to you upon completion of your online order.
Lost/Stolen/Damaged Items. We are not responsible for items and packages that have been lost, stolen or damaged during shipping and delivery. If your items arrives damaged, go to the nearest USPS location with the items in their original packing to file the necessary paperwork. All damage claims must be submitted by the receiving party.
Small Batch. Remember that each product is handcrafted in small batches. Each batch may vary slightly.
