Shipping, Returns & Other Considerations

We value your business! At Fieldstone Herbal excellent customer service is a top priority. We want each customer to be satisfied with our products. 

Returns/Refunds/Exchanges. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for a refund or exchange. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not refund shipping & handling or local delivery charges. 

Shipping/Pickup/Delivery. Online orders will be processed within one to five business days. Shipping is free for all orders over $100. Orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service. If you selected the free local pickup option, the pickup address will be emailed to you upon completion of your online order. Local delivery is available for all orders within a 20-mile radius of Kent, Conn. Local delivery is free on all orders over $100, otherwise there is an additional $10 delivery fee. 

Lost/Stolen/Damaged Items. We are not responsible for items and packages that have been lost, stolen or damaged during shipping and delivery. If your items arrives damaged, go to the nearest USPS location with the items in their original packing to file the necessary paperwork.

Small Batch. Note that each product is handcrafted in small batches. Each batch may vary slightly.
